At Promix Nutrition®, we want you to feel as confident in your fit as you do in your performance. If your apparel isn't perfect, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are free of stains, hair, or odors to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
